These terms govern your access to and use of AgentFramer's MCP-native media generation platform. By using the service, you agree to be bound by these terms.

Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using AgentFramer ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not access or use the Service. We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time, and your continued use of the Service constitutes acceptance of any changes.

API Rate Limits

Rate limits are enforced per workspace. Exceeding your tier's limits will result in 429 responses until the window resets. Enterprise customers may negotiate custom burst allowances.

Intellectual Property

AgentFramer and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by AgentFramer and are protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or lease any part of our Service without permission.

You retain ownership of content you create or upload to AgentFramer. By posting content, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide license to display, store, and deliver your content as necessary to operate the Service.

Generated assets produced via AgentFramer's MCP bridge are owned by you, subject to the output policies of the underlying model providers.

Limitation of Liability

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND. TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, AGENTFRAMER SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUES, WHETHER INCURRED DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY, OR ANY LOSS OF DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES.

Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access to the Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including breach of these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease. You may also terminate your account at any time through your account settings.
